Pharmacology
非泼罗尼属苯吡唑类杀虫剂，通过抑制GABA复合物并与氯离子通道结合，从而阻碍氯离子在前后突触间的跨膜运输，导致昆虫和蜱中枢神经系统紊乱直至死亡。该杀虫剂灭蜱活性达3~5周，杀灭跳蚤活性则长达1~3月，这主要取决于动物生活环境中寄生虫的数量。
